Of all the sports,I like swimming best.I think swimming is interesting.It can build up my body too.In summer,I usually go to swim with my classmates after school.I can swim so well that I was chosen as a member of our school swimming team.Last week there was a swimming match between Dong Fang Junior School and my school.I took part in the match and won the first prize.I enjoy swimming very much.

My favourite sport is running. I like running because I can do this sport on my own and I can run anytime I want. After doing my homework, I usually run for half an hour in the park near my home. It is healthy for me and I feel relaxed. In summer, I usually run in the evening because it is not hot. Sometimes I run in raining days and it is funny. Now I can run much faster than before.

People all over the world like doing sports. I like sports very much, and my favourite sport is swimming. Swimming is more relaxing than running, and it is cheaper than cycling. I like swimming, because it can make me relax, and I like water. In summer, it’s very hot outside but swimming pool is so comfortable. I like this feeling.
