谁说不能开发的，喝多了吧直接右击新建---》other---》web》dynamic web project
eclipse能开发web，不需要什么插件，步骤都是手动的
挺大的呢。我这有myeclipse的免安装版 需要可以扣我 email 我发给 你 fengzhanyang@126.com
