主要原因:1、冷却液不足。解决方法:添加冷却液至规定的液位。2、发动机皮带的松弛,由于皮带的松弛打滑、直接影响水泵和风扇的转速,从而对发动机的冷却造成影响、高温。解决方法:调整皮带的松紧度,用手指按下皮带下垂应不大于12mm内是正确的,调的过紧会损坏水泵。3、水泵的故障,水泵的损坏直接造成发动机高温。检查方法:关闭发动机打开散热器盖,在起动发动机、中速运转发动机看是否水在循环流动,如节温器正常的情况下水箱的冷却液无流动、说明水泵可能损坏。注意:如果水泵损坏、水温升的很高大约100至105度,怠速时水温也不会降低。4、节温器的损坏,检查方法:把节温器拆下放进加热的水容器里、大约在60至70度,节温器会自动打开、如不打开证明节温器损坏。解决方法:更换节温器。5、风扇是否损坏。解决方法:更换风扇。6、负荷太重,易高温。比如发动机在重负荷情况作业,如石方、加大斗、液压泵流量调整过大等。解决方法:调整到标准值。7、散热器四周填充物,俗称海绵、是否损坏脱掉,如脱掉可引起发动机热气回流,风扇吸入的空气是热气就会高温。解决方法:修复散热器四周海绵防止热气回流。8、散热器内部污垢过多或散热器被堵及散热器外部滤网尘土过多、堵住滤网孔,发动机风扇吸不到新鲜空气易高温。解决方法:拆下散热器清洗水箱内部,如水箱外部被堵,直接清洗外部即可。注:本人遇到散热器外滤网、三分二被灰尘堵住,水箱高温达到90到105度,高温时怠速运转几分钟,水温就回复正常,在工作30分钟至1小时、水温又会高温。原因是水箱外部三分之二被堵,清洗水箱外部干净即可。解决方法:清洗散热器内部。
