学了10多年的英语发现完全开不了口怎么办啊？有什么好的方法吗？

可以去参加新东方的英语培训，他们用的方法非常激励人，同时也挺疯狂的，有同学去过，据说还不错。当然还是看自己的兴趣啦。

刚开始就只说主谓宾，甚至主谓，把所有的修饰等全扔了，直接表达最根本的意思，慢慢再添加各种成份就会了
网上有常用口语几百句，建议背一下，背到滚瓜烂熟，脱口而出，然后试着加成份,同义转换
比如
i got it = i see = i understand =i have got it = i see it clearly or thoroughly or totally or from deep of my heart
are you joking = are you kidding =are you pulling my leg = are you fooling me
forget about it = never mind = don't think about it
每天找一个长句子，分解，记牢，既学语法，又练口语
比如
What’s more, demand for animal products in developing countries is growing so fast that meeting it will require an extra 300 million tons of grain a year by 2050

找主干，背下 demand is growing
demand is growing rapidly /quickly /swiftly
demand is increasing /raising /rising /lifting
找闪光点，记下，运用 what 's more . 插入
so ...that 句型
require .. 很简单，你能想起来用吗

英语想达到一种简单的水平很容易，记住一句话
不在于你学了多少，而在于你能用多少
所以你现在会的已经足够，拿来反复的用，不要怕错就行了，我上面写的很多单词都有细微的差别，但这是不重要的，要学会抓大放小
