共享打印机显示都正常,但就是不能打印

是否有病毒在作怪呢？病毒会出现好多怪问题
1、安全模式下查杀病毒
2、把所有的各项服务还原
3、下载最新版的驱动程序安装
4、检查BIOS里的设置是否正确
5、做系统

呵呵 我刚刚在公司解决了和你一样的问题
我的做法是
先确认驱动--检查是否共享——查看打印机名称——到其它计算机删除以前的——再重新安装——搞定。
再次提醒，如果在安装写路径时出现不能自动找到网络打印机，在有驱动有共享的前提下，一定要检查打印机名。

我的办法是先删除打印机，然后再从新添加打印机。虽然此法笨拙了点，但也不失为一个解决问题的办法。
