我还能找出很多此题的变种。但变来变去，少不了caught这个选项！
不用你告诉我第一题摘自何处，我可以很肯定地说，这题目错了，第一题甚至连时态都是错的！hold的过去式是held!，即使用一般现在时，也应该是holds，都不用去查词典去猜测hold fire有没有，什么意思，就可以判断，这是一个错误的答案！

问题补充：应该是shirt 不是shin

第一题 set fire是强调着火，纵火，但并没有说情况。catch fire强调着火的情况（就是燃着了），两者侧重不一样。应该是这样的，个人意见，仅供参考。

第一题
set fire 纵火
hold fire 不采取行动，停火
take fire 着火
become fire 没有这个固定搭配
所以第一题选C susan 站在电热器旁边，她的短裙着火了。
第二题
A caught fire 也是着火的意思

hold fire v.不采取行动

根据语境她 的连衣裙完好无损
第二题当然是晚礼服着火了

第一道题出错了，第二道题选A。区别是一个题目出得对，另一个错了
