范文：On the first day of the new year, my parents took me to the temple fair in Chaoyang Park in Beijing.

When we arrived at Chaoyang Park, we saw colorful flags floating at the gate and many statues of sheep. I also took a picture with a fat lamb. 

We followed the crowd into the park. WOW! It is decorated with all kinds of windmills, and there are happy people everywhere. 

Some people are playing windmills, some are watching performances, some are tasting all kinds of snacks, and others are participating in all kinds of games.

大年初一，爸滚历爸妈妈带我敬备则去逛北京朝阳公园的庙会。我们到达朝阳公园，只见大门口彩旗飘飘，有很多羊的塑像。我还与一只胖胖的小羊合了影。我们随着人流进亮棚入公园。

哇！里面装饰了各种各样的风车，到处都是欢乐的人们。有的人在玩风车，有的人在看演出，有的人在品尝各种风味小吃，还有的人在参加各种游戏活动。

The most important holiday for the Chinese is the Chinese New Year，旅并握also called the Spring Festival. During the festival period，everyone goes back to their hometown and spends several days with family，and people hold many celebrations. Beijing has several fairs during the period. The fairs are held at various ancient temples，蔽岩so they are called "temple fairs." Temple fairs，originated along with the development of Buddhist and Taoist activities，拆庆are a kind of mass gatherings that integrate religious worship，entertainment and commerce.

Temple fairs in Beijing have a very long history，and saw a boom especially during the Ming and Qing dynasties （1368-1911） as well as the Republic of China（1912-1949）.Major temples all have their own festivals，some of which are held regularly. During the Spring Festival，temple fair is one of the most important activities，and a traditional cultural event that features all kinds of Chinese folk art. So far，there have been more than 10 major temple fairs held each year in Beijing.
