Abstract

How to further accelerate the development of SMEs and create a better financing environment have attracted the close attention of all sides. Only further from the fundamental solution to the SME financing difficulties, in order to give better play to their potential and tremendous energy. This article from the start with the status quo of China's SME financing, financing of the reasons for the difficulties, the use of modern finance theory, trying to SMEs in accordance with their development needs using different combinations of financing and optimize its capital structure from the macro-financial environment for greater development of SMEs Space were two aspects of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
