求翻译1.只有海运才有提单，空运是运单，不是物权凭证，你提货时也不需要出示，你凭你的身份证明就能提货

问题很好，到时不够专业，以我近40年的国际空运经验，这3个题目的翻译不能解决你的问题或需要的，稍加更动在帮你英语编译。
1）海运的提单是有价证卷而空运的只是提货单，任何人提空运货的时候，必须是有空运提单，同时是收货人才能提货。
Seafreight bill of landing is negociatable while Airfreight air way bill is not, All you have ti do is show your ID as per you are consignee when you pick up your shipment in airport.
2) 空运货物在交运之后，航空公司就是货物的持有人，对于货物在运送过程中有处分和保管的责任，但是如果一旦货物抵达目的地机场后，货物的所有权即属于空运提单上收货人的，发货人不再有权利处分或扣押这个货物。除非收货人是银行，实际买货人是第三方，才可以的。按照你说的情况应该是没有银行作为中介，所以应该在交货给货代进储保税库中时就传真已经签发的航空运单要求对方付款才放行，如果是FOB的状态下才是可行的。
