Human Resource is the most fundamental, important and valuable resource in hotel. A hotel can not be a first-class hotel if hotel staff don't bring their initiatives into full play, no matter a hotel possesses perfect organizations and advanced equipments. The competition between hotels, as a matter of fact, is the competition between talents. The usage and management of financial resources, material resources and information resources of the hotel is bound to be influenced by the quality of human resource, and human resource influences the using effects of other hotel resources and operating activities. It has often been said that"Where There Is a Will There Is a Way." In the procedure of management,only we "make full use of talents" can we "make full use of materials". The text proposes the idea of "appropriate talent" and "talent cultivating" from the point of human resource, to probe the problems existed in the management of human resource in Beijing Steel Qiangang hotel, to analysis several erroneous zones related to the management of human resource in hotel, and to propose many solutions.
