There be 结构表示“某地有某人或某物”。Have则表示“有，拥有”，其主语一般是人。
There is a TV on my desk.
I have many books.
注：没有there have形式
There be的 就近原则：若句子中有几个并列主语时，be动词的形式要与离其最近的一个主语在人称和数上保持一致。
There is a girl and two boys under the tree.
There are two boys and a girl under the tree.
there be 存在有，某地有某物
