蜂蜜和药粉,一般是等重量。
先将蜂蜜用小火加热至微沸,除去沸出来的上层的泡沫,停止加热,并且趁热将药粉加入蜂蜜中,用筷子充分搅拌均匀,稍微凉一下,用手像和面一样,和成面团,搓成条状,切割,团丸即可。
丸子要是硬了,下次制作时,可多放一点蜂蜜,要是软了,下次在制作时就少放一些蜂蜜。
