按“win+r”组合键，在打开框中输入cmd，打开命令行窗口。
输入命令： netsh firewall set opmode disable
按回车键。
netsh firewall set opmode mode=disable
使用管理员权限，打开命令行窗口，
输入netsh advfilewall set publicprofile state off
