选中你要打开的表格，右键-》打开表-》返回所有行。
用 SQL Server Management Studio 登陆数据库后创建表格create tabel t_test(c_1 number);插入数据insert into table(c_1) valuse (1);
找到表，用sql语句往里插入insert into 表名 values(需要插入的值,用逗号隔开,,,,)
